What are the longest adjustable Cat 0 lift arm pins available?

I have some 4 inches long. I need something a little longer 1/2" to 1".

Where can you find some that long?

I think 4" is a standard length but I could be wrong. I've never seen one longer in that size. It's probably standard for a reason though. My guess is that longer pins would be at risk of shearing or bending under the designed load of a Cat-0 implement. I don't know what your application is, but assuming you are building a custom implement most people only think about static loading and forget about dynamic loading, instantaneous (shock) loading, fatigue stress, vibration, etc. The type of steel the pin is made out of can greatly affect its load capacity too. Sorry, I will step down from my engineering soap box now. ;) ....

I saw you pixs - what brand rear blade is that and does it has skid pads?? Als what type of 250 spreader did you get??
I got a BX2230 and need to by the same. I just fabricated at 55" rear 3 pt hitch dethacher - that why I'm looking for longer pins. Small clearence problem on the proto type.

The blade is a 60" King Kutter from TSC. I would recommend their XB version as the moldboard is 4" shorter than the normal one. I added "Woods" brand shoes to mine. If you look close at my pics, you'll see that I replaced the left lift arm with an adjustable one like the right side. It gives me additional flexibility with the "limited" Cat-1 hitch. The XB mini spreader from TSC is just the right size as well. ....

I forgot to mention King Kutter is an economy brand and the build quality leaves a little to be desired. However, they are a lot less expensive than the premium brands. Their implements are still quite beefy and you'd be hard pressed to break anything using a lightweight SubCUT. ....
